  • What ‘Control’ Means

    Control does not mean an organization must become a software company. It means the organization has greater options over the application it operates, the environment in which it runs, and the way it is developed within the applicable license and technical boundaries.

  • The Application

    The organization receives a complete working complaint management application rather than simply access to a vendor-hosted platform.

  • The Source

    The application is delivered with source-code rights under a perpetual source license. The exact rights, restrictions, derivative-work provisions, and other terms are governed by the final agreement.

  • The Environment

    The strategic materials describe operation inside the customer’s infrastructure rather than a shared vendor-hosted production environment.

  • The Data

    The strategic positioning emphasizes no ongoing vendor access to the customer’s production environment or complaint records after delivery. The final technical and support model should be defined contractually and operationally.

  • The Roadmap

    New REMETREX PQMS capabilities can be evaluated as options rather than treated as mandatory migrations. The customer can determine whether and when to adopt them, subject to technical and licensing considerations.

Control Does Not Mean Isolation

Optional maintenance, customization, validation documentation, training, and vendor-qualification support can remain available when needed.
